I texted my friend Lauren this morning, asking for…an update (not gossip, but not NOT gossip)…on things, and she wrote back with, “not the Gemini season tea spill!” and it delighted me so much, here we are with a newsletter centered around just that!
As a fellow air sign (Lauren is a Libra, I’m an Aquarius), I can say, we love nothing more than a little…SHARING. I won’t say gossip because it has a bad connotation, but I do think that gossip is just a little curious chit-chat and GEMINI SEASON IS ALL ABOUT A LITTLE CURIOUS CHIT-CHAT.
(This is probably why I love Housewives so much.)
Gemini, first air sign of the zodiac, is, literally, a breath of fresh air. It is childlike wonder. It is why why why why. It is sharing and caring. It is work hard / play hard. It is a mutable sign, which means that it is resilient and adaptable. It is flexible and agile. It can fit in any situation and still be its truest self. We all have a little Gemini in us, so even if you’re not a Gemini sun, you have these qualities somewhere in your life! Enjoy this season of whimsy and fun and making plans, then changing the plan, seeing friends, long convos, and more.

SINCE YOU ALL LOVE THEM SO MUCH, here are some Gemini-themed horoscopes for you. Don’t forget to check your rising sign! (I am trying to be better about promoting my work—it’s hard for me to do, but I was at a retreat this weekend where I did a little mental work to, “not be a burden” and so here I am…trying not to be a burden.)

Aries: Act now and ask questions later. Aries loves a bold idea and Gemini loves collecting all possible variables and scenarios, so make the most of Gemini season by taking action AND ALSO being prepared for the outcome(s).
Leo: Speak from the heart. Step forth boldly and say what you need to say. Leo is all about self-expression, so let Gemini’s many whims inspire all the different ways you can express yourself, particularly verbally or using the written word.
Sagittarius: You’ll benefit from a little information-gathering before you get started. Not a great time to take off without all the information first…the wildfire has a tendency to spread if you’re not careful. And if shit does hit the fan, just continue being your optimistic self—it’s all adventure.

Taurus: Aries plants the seed, Taurus starts to see sprouts, and Gemini grows the branches. Let Gemini get you off the ground—climb a tree, see a birds-eye view of all your hard work, and take a break to stop and appreciate how far you’ve come.
Virgo: A fellow fact-collector, Virgo and Gemini are natural buddies. Use Gem’s curious nature to amass all the justification you need for any decisions you’re going to make. This should be a clarifying season for you, where your diligence helps bring things into focus.
Capricorn: Put your responsibilities on hold! It’s practically summer, so get out there and enjoy the party! Your work will be waiting for you when you get back to it. I told my best friend, a Capricorn, that I wanted to really lean into summer like I did when I was a kid and she said, “Like popsicles by the pool?” EXACTLY! Go enjoy a popsicle by the pool. Gemini: Put on your party pants, because it is your time, babyyyyy! Notice the butterflies (within you and outside of you) and appreciate their, and your, ability to fly. Now is not the time for staying put—throw a party (it is your birthday, a fine excuse for a party) and take a moment to see all your friends and loved ones who’ve shown up because they love you so much.
Libra: Focus on what you truly love and value and give it your fullest attention. Time to weed through the crap that doesn’t need to be there. Gemini and Libra are both bridge-builders, so let the energy of Gemini season guide you to where you most need to be connected.
Aquarius: Aquarius rules friendship, so in Gemini season, it’s time to get out there and forgo your natural tendency to detach. Now is the time to ATTACH. Attach to like-minded people, pick their brains, get new ideas, and generate these ideas into new and different ways of doing business.

Cancer: Put your walls down and say what you’re feeling. Talk about allllll the shit you normally don’t say aloud. It is a safe space! Gemini will help make sure you are understood. It’s also a great time to delve further into your ancestry and family history—what past information can you find that will help you in the here and now?
Scorpio: It is said that once the light shines on Scorpio, it is more comfortable bringing everything up from the depths. As an air sign, Gemini brings a sense of alight—it is here to help you land. Tap into the curiosity of Gemini to get to the bottom of whatever is ailing you and use that information to transform and ultimately, settle into a new way of being.
Pisces: In traditional astrology, Mercury (Gemini’s ruling planet) has its detriment in Pisces. Well. Pisces rules music and poetry and Gemini rules writing and communication, so I rebuke it, traditional astrology! (Esoteric astrology rebukes it, too, as Gemini’s ruling planet in esoteric astrology is Venus and Venus is exalted in Pisces, so there you go.) During Gemini season, find the things that bring the most self-love to your life and use them to heal—listening to music, deep diving on a topic, reading poetry, tarot, asking the Universe for guidance, journaling, etc.
